Technical informations :
Soil : sandy clay.
Grape varieties : 80% Sauvignon, 20% Sémillon.
Vinification and maturation :
Grape harvests are manual. After a light maceration, the fermentation starts in low temperature. Then maturation is made in new oak barrels.
Comments of oenologist
The nose is subtly fruity with citrus fruit and peach matched with toasted aromas. The mouth is sophisticated with fresh fruit aromatic expression raised of an acidity flavor. The maturation in oak barrels brings wooded and sweeted aromas.
Some excellent lenght, it will be great as well as with fish as white meat. To be served to 10°. |
