The nose is subtly fruity with citrus fruit and peach matched with toasted aromas.
The mouth is sophisticated with fresh aromatic fruit expression with a slight tinge.
The finale is mineral.
The maturation in oak barrels brings wood and sweet aromas.

Manual harvest.

Aged in new oak barrels with 1/3 resuspended lees .
