Comments of the œnologist
The complex nose has subtle woody notes mixed with notes of cooked fruits. It reveals a tannic structure on the palate with finesse, accompanied by beautiful fruity aromas.
Barrel aging for a year gives the wine complexity and notes of vanilla. It is a colorful, silky and elegant wine.
The wine can be paired well with grilled meat and white meat. It is best suited to be enjoyed now or to be kept for 5years
