History of the Château :
During the 18th century the Château Mamin was owned by the Chevalier de Mamin. It’s situed in Arbanats, in the heart of wine area of Graves. In 1991 Vincent Lataste took over and restructured the vineyard to create one homogeneous patch of Merlot. The one gets a perfect maturation thanks to the warm soil.

Grape variety : 10% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 90% Merlot
Soil : gravelly and sandy
Average age of vineyards : 25 years
Vinification : modern, blistered maceration, moderated temperature, micro-oxygenation.
Maturation : raised 12-18 months in barrels.

Tasting notes :
It is hard to resist to the clear and ravishing red fruits, liquorice and vanilla bouquet. It’s full and well-structured with soft, chocolated tannins. We are seduced by a silky palate.
