Made from 100 % Sauvignon Gris, that fine wine is shining bright : yellow robe with delicate green tints. Aromas of blackcurrant, citrus, ripe grapes and exotic fruits. Round and supple on the palate, the wine is animated by a frank and superb lemony vivacity that sharpens the taste buds.

WINEMAKING METHOD

Mechanical harvest : 6 mornings between 10 and 25.09.2015. Draining and pressing. Aged on lees for a month before stabilization. Settling. Yeasting with special aromatic white yeasts. Fermentation between 16 ° / 17 °C for 14 days. Quiescing wine for 1 month in stainless steel.
