Graves Red

Technical details PDF

The cuvee coming from a parcel of Chateau Mamin is a product of the best vintages. The wine pleasantly surprises with a bouquet which beautifully combines hints of smoke and vanilla. The palate is elegant. The mouth, which becomes powerful gradually, reveals a nice structure with well rounded and soft tannins which is a typical sign of a good extraction.
A remarkable wine to be enjoyed with roast duck.
